Exam Syllabuses

With more than 20 years of experience in conducting music exams, CRISTOFORI Internal Examination has been upgraded to CRISTOFORI Music Examination as an independent exam in CRISTOFORI Music School in 2010. This exam is open for all CRISTOFORI students with an affordable fee and flexible exam period.

CRISTOFORI Music Examination offers the standard and quality which is comparable to other external exams. It provides an extra opportunity for students to understand their music learning and as a bench mark to further develop their music knowledge.

The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) is the world's leading music examining board. Candidates from more than 90 countries around the world take their music exams every year. CRISTOFORI Music School has adopted the ABRSM syllabus for our graded piano, violin and guitar courses. The Practical Exam will be held in July while Music Theory Exam is conducted twice yearly. We are also one of the designated ABRSM examination centres in Singapore.

London College of Music (LCM)

Under London’s Thames Valley University’s Faculty of Arts, LCM is an international examinations board offering graded and diploma qualifications in music and in speech, drama and communication. Examinations are held at over 250 centres worldwide, and are unique in the graded examinations world in that its qualifications are awarded by a university. CRISTOFORI Music School offers the LCM syllabus for our graded guitar and electronic organ courses.

Australian & New Zealand Cultural Arts Limited (ANZCA)

Formed in Melbourne in 1983, the Australian & New Zealand Cultural Arts Limited (ANZCA) is a non-profit examining body of performing arts. ANZCA aims to provide teachers and students with an examination system that is both accessible and innovative, combining the security of a proven format with an exciting range of repertoire. CRISTOFORI Music School is the designated exam centre for the ANZCA music examinations in Singapore.
